Refund policy
Digital files can't be returned, so the download itself is the line. If you haven't downloaded a product, you can get your money back within 30 days — no argument.
30-day money back
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll return the full amount to your original payment method.
The one condition
Refunds are available only while the product's download count is still zero. Your library shows the count for each item, so you always know where you stand before you click Download.
How to request one
Email support@altoshelf.com with your order number (AS-XXXXXX) and the product name. We reply within 24 hours and process approved refunds in 5–7 business days.
Something broken or mis-described
If a file is corrupt, incomplete or materially different from its description, we refund it regardless of download count. Send us the order number and what went wrong.
After a refund
The entitlement is revoked and the product leaves your library, along with any licence key it issued. Continued use of the files after a refund isn't licensed.
